Limited Warranty and Product Limitations for Sanipull Products

Wilshire Works Inc. warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Wilshire Works' warranty is limited to replacing, at its discretion, the defective pull or any component of the product during the warranty period. Wilshire Work's Inc. distributors do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of the product or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to the specified instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Wilshire Works Inc. Wilshire Works shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty. Sanipull products are designed solely for the purpose of providing a cost effective aftermarket cleanable replacement pull for over bed light and nurse calls in healthcare facilities.

Anti-ligature Safety Enhancement: This factory-modified modification provides weak zones every 6 to 7 inches along the length of the pull that allows the ribbon to tear apart into ribbonettes when pulled with an over-force of 29 lbs (+/- 2 lbs), 13kg (+/- 1kg) . This option is of particular interest to healthcare facilities that wish to minimize the potential for a pull to be used as a garrotte or strangulation device. By the nature of this modification these pulls are not as durable and our warranty only extends to the attachment or clip hardware. Please note: Wilshire Works Inc. will not be held liable for death or damages directly or indirectly involving any Sanipull product.

Warranty for SanipullBulk Premium™ ® and UK Product

Warranty: Wilshire Works Inc. warrants that for a period of five years from the date of purchase, solid ribbons, attachment and bangle hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Wilshire Works’ warranty is limited to replacing, at its discretion, the defective pull or any component of the product during the warranty period. Wilshire Work’s Inc. distributors do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
